10,000 Units Of Lenovo A6000 Sold Out On Flipkart In 2 Seconds, To Hold Flash Sale Every Wednesday

The flash sale strategy used by Xiaomi and Micromax to sell their smartphones has worked for Lenovo. The Lenovo A6000 which went on sale on Wednesday via Flipkart was sold out in just two seconds. 

The company on its twitter account announced that 10,000 units of Lenovo A6000 which were up for sale went out of stock in two seconds. Around 2,55,000 registrations were recorded by Flipkart for the first flash sale. 

Priced at Rs. 6,999 the Lenovo A6000  features a 5-inch IPS display and is powered by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage [microSD card support upto 32GB]. The handset runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Lenovo's Vibe 2.0UI. Camera features include an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front camera. The handset is backed by 2300mAh.

It has 4G LTE support is compatible with the Band 3 and Band 40 (TDD-LTE) networks used in India.
