ASUS FonePad 8 Launched At Rs 13,999 In India

Asus launched has launched a new tablet in its FonePad series dubbed ASUS Fonepad 8FE380CG in India. The tablet was launched globally last year at Computex 2014. It supports voice calling functionality.

The FonePad 8 Tablet features an 8-inch HD IPS display with 1280x800 screen resolution. It is powered by 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z3560 quad-core processor with PowerVG G6430 GPU, coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. It runs Android KitKat 4.4 OS with ZenUI on top.

Camera features include 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity features include dual SIM slots, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.1 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and micro USB port. It is fuelled by 4000mAh battery. The FonePad 8 measures 8.9mm thick and weighs around 328 grams

Asus FonePad 8 will be available via Flipkart for Rs. 13,999 and will be available in Black and Gold Colour versions.
