CES 2015 : HTC Launch Desire 826 With UltraPixel Front Camera And Android Lollipop

Taiwanese manufacturer, HTC launched a new mid-range smartphone in the Desire series dubbed that Desire 826 at CES 2015. The handset.

The HTC Desire 826 is 4G-supported and comes in Single-SIM and dual-SIM variants depending on the region. It features a 5.5-inch full HD display and is powered by a 64-but octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.7GHz with Adrena 405 GPU and paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage [microSD card support]. The handset runs Android Lollipop 5.0 with HTC sense UI on top.

Camera features include a 13-megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor and LED flash and a 4-ultraPixel front camera. Connectivity features include 4G (dual-4G), Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB. The handset is backed by 2600mAh battery. Other features include HTC BoomSound with Dolby Audio enhancement and HTC's EYE experience.

The HTC Desire 826 comes in White Birch, Blue Lagoon and Purple Fire two-tone colour variants.The handset will first launch in China followed by other Asian market in early 2015. The handset is already listed as Coming Soon on HTC India website. The pricing details has not been revealed.
