Possible Press Render Of Moto E Second Gen Leaked

Possible press renders of the Moto E second generation has surfaced online. The leaked image gives us a good look at the front and back side of the handset.

From the leaked image it looks like the handset will retain the design of the original Moto E. There is no front facing speaker which was featured in Moto E first gen. A front facing camera is present onboard which was not there in Moto E first gen. The handset in the image appears to be wearing a rugged cover on top which is most likely to be an optional accessory.

According to earlier rumors the Moto E second gen will have a 4.5-inch display, slight bigger that its predecessor which sported 4.3-inch. Other features include 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor paired with Adreno 305GPU, 1GB RAM, a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 1.3-megapixel front facing camera, LTE support and will run Android Lollipop.

There is no details on the launch date of the Moto E second gen, but since the press renders are out, if it is real, we can expect it to be announced soon.
