Now foreign media has new details of Samsung's next flagship, the Galaxy S6. According to a Korean website the Galaxy S6 will pack a 4GB RAM. Why Samsung Galaxy S6 could come with 4GB RAM? Samsung last year hinted that Samsung Galaxy S6 will pack 4GB RAM when it started mass production of 4GB LPDDR4 mobile DRAM modules for smartphones and tablets. Samsung confirmed that the chip would be ready for market deployment in early 2015.
The chip is said to be 50% faster than any other chip available in the market. The chip are also 40% more power efficiency at 1.1volts which will up the performance while not taking a toll on the battery life. Considering the facts, the new report from korean media may be true.
Rumored specs of Galaxy S6 include 64-biy Snapdragon 810/Exynos 7420 processor, 5.5-inch QHD Super AMOLED display with 2560x1440 resolution, 20-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera and will run Android Lollipop 5.0.
