Samsung Launch Galaxy Grand Max In South Korea

Samsung has launched a new smarphone in the Galxy Grand series lineup dubbed Galaxy Grand Max in South Korea. The Galaxy Grand Max is a mid-ranged 4G-LTE smartphone.

The Galaxy Grand Max features 5.25-inch HT TFT display with 720x1280 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core (chipset not confirmerd), paired with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage [microSD card support upto 64GB]. The single-SIM device runs Android OS, there is no word on which version it packs.

Camera features include 13-megapixel rear camera with CMOS sensor, LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing camera that comes with 120 degree wide angle viewing lens. Connectivity options include: 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Glonass. It is powered by a 2500mAh removable battery. The Galaxy Grand Max measures 146.1x75x7.9mm and weighs 161 grams.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand will be available from January 9 for a price of  SKW 3,70,000 (Rs. 21,200; $190) on the Samsung online store and also be available to buy from all three network operators (LG+, SKT, and Olleh) in Korea. There is no information about the availability and pricing for international market right now.
