Sony Xperia Z3 Purple Diamond Edition Launched In Hong Kong

Sony Hong Kong has launched a Purple Diamond Edition of the Xperia Z3 smartphone with tagline "As beautiful as love". The new version will go on sale later this month in Hong Kong for HKD 4,998 (Rs. 40,000 ;$645). There is no details on when it will be available in other markets.

The Xperia Z3 Purple Diamond Edition will come in purple and pre-loaded with Disney oriented themes like frozen, Cindrella, Mickey and friends. Sony is offering and amethyst phone strap with the purchase of Xperia Z3 Purple Diamond Edition.

The new edition of Xperia Z3 features the same specs as the regular Xperia Z3. To recap the Sony Xperia Z3 features a 5.2-inch Full HD IPS display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 CPU, 3GB RAM, a 20.7-megapixel Exmor RS sensor, 2.2-megapixel front camera, Android KitKat 4.4, LTE and an IP68-certified body.
