Videocon Infinium Z40Q Star And Infinium Z50Q Star Launched In India

Videocon launched two new mega-affordable Android smartphone dubbed Infinium Z40Q Star and Infinium Z50Q Star in India. Videocon say that the handset are "cost effective consumer focused devices" 

The Videocon Infinium Z40Q Star and Infinium Z50Q Star are priced at Rs. 4,499 and Rs. 5,999 respectively. There are no details on the availability of the handsets.

The Videocon Infinium Z40Q Star sports a 4-inch WVGA display with 480x800 screen resolution. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor (unknow chip), paired with 512MB RAM and houses 4GB inbuilt storage (microSD card support upto 32GB). It runs Android 4.4 KitKat. Camera features include 5-megapixel rear camera and 0.3-megapixel front facing camera. It is backed by 1500mAh battery.

The Videocon Infinium Z50Q Star, on the other hand, features a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display with 480x854 screen resolution. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor, paired with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage (microSD card support upto 32GB). Camera features include 5-megapixel rear camerra and 0.3-megapixel front facing camera. It is backed by 2000mAh battery and runs Android 4.4 KitKat.

Both handset features the same connectivity suites - 3G HSPA+, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
