WhatsApp's Web Version Now Available on Google Web Browser

Popular instant messaging service WhatsApp launched WhatsApp web support enabling the use of the messaging app on PC. The WhatsApp web service is currently available for Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone and Nokia S60. iPhone users will not be able to enjoy this feature due to platform restrictions.

WhatsApp web works via a web client which syncs with all your contacts on WhatsApp and and mirrors all message from your phone, allowing full functionality including sending and receiving media files. It is currently supported by Google Chrome.

How to access Whatsapp in web browser?
  1. Update the WhatsApp app to the latest version in your phone.
  2. After updating open WhatsApp and tap on the three dots in the upper right corner to bring main menu front
  3. Tap on the WhatsApp Web option
  4. Open https://web.whatsapp.com in your Google Chrome browser. 
  5. Use the QR Code scanner on the mobile device to scan the code displayed on the website [Image above].
  6. This syncs the phone's data with the website and displays your groups, chats and conversations on the site.
Your phone needs to stay connected to the internet for our web client to work.

WhatsApp Web functions are limited right now. It only supports Google Chrome Browser on PC and is not available for iOS.
