ZTE Blade S6 With Snapdragon 615, Android 5.0 Lollipop Launched

ZTE launched a new smartphone in its Blade range dubbed Blade S6 4G LTE smartphone at an event in Hong Kong. The Blade S6 is namerd after six key features - ZTE’s Smart Sense gesture motion control, the first deployment of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 615 octa-core chipset running Android 5.0, a SLR-like camera with Sony sensor, Hi-Fi sound, ZTE’s MiFavor 3.0 user interface and ZTE’s AliveShare application for sharing content between phones.

The ZTE Blade S6 is priced US $249.99 (Rs. 17,000) and will be  available online globally starting February 10 on AliExpress, and with Amazon and eBay in selected markets. The Indian customers can order this smartphone via AliExpress. Note that the Blade S6 can also be shipped to India via AliExpress.

The ZTE Blade S6 features a 5-inch HD display with 720x1289 pixels screen resolution. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage [microSD card support]. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Camera features include 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX214 and LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera. Connectivity features inlucde Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, 4G LTE and Micro-USB. It also include Proximity, ambient light, accelerometer, comapass and gyroscope sensor. The handset is backed by 2400mAh battery.
