Intex Aqua Y2 Remote With 'Universal Remote Feature' Launched In India For Rs.4,390

Intex launched a new entry-level Android handset dubbed Intex Aqua Y2 Remote. The handset can be used as a universal remote for TV, AC, set-top boxes, DVD players, speakers and fans.

The company states that The Intex Aqua Y2 Remote "Run on the application ZaZa Remote, users can select the list of product to be connected with the smartphone. The feature saves the model number for the products with which the function is operational. It allows the user to configure the phone as a remote with the synced model"

The Intex Aqua Y2 Remote features 4-inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz dual-core Mediatek MT6572 procesor, 512MB RAM, 4GB inbuilt storage, 5-megapixel ear camera, 2-megapixel front facing camera and 1500mAh battery. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.
