Lava Iris X8 Gets Leaked Via Flipkart, Priced At Rs.8999, To Be Announced Soon In India

Lava Iris X8, the latest addition to the Iris X series was spotted on Flipkart ahead of its Launch. The Company on its website is also teasing the handset with a tagline that reads "Get ready to DO More! Coming soon" followed by Stay tuned to know more about Lava's latest flagship product." The Lava Iris X8 has been priced at Rs.8,999.

According to Flipkart listing (now pulled down), the Lava Iris X8 features 1 5-inch HD IPS display with a layer of Asahi Dragontrail glass. It is powered by octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor clocked at 1.4GHz paired with Mali 450MP GPU. 

It packs 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card [upto 32GB]. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and will be update to Android 5.0 Lollipop in the near future.

Camera department is handled by an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and BSI 3 sensor and a 3-megapixel front faacing camera. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The handset is backed by 2500mAh battery. 

It measures 143.4x70.9x8.6mm, weighs 160 grams. It will be available in Black and White Colour variants.
