Microsoft Sends Out Press Invites For MWC 2015 Press Conference

Microsoft announced that it will be holding a press conference during MWC 2015 Barcelona. Today Microsoft sent out press invites for its MWC 2015 media event which will begin 08:30 CET time on March 2, Monday.

The press invite reads 'Come along for the ride'. The invite dosen't give details of what to expect from the event. Even Microsoft has not given any information on what it will take about.

It is highly unlikely that Microsoft will announce a new Lumia flagship device as Microsoft already confirmed that the Snapdragon 810 powered Lumia flagship will be announced later this year.

We expect the company to reveal more information on Windows 10 for mobile and announce some new low and mid-range Lumia handsets.

One possible Lumia handset could be the Lumia 1330 which was spotted on GFX Benchmark. According to the listing the device features a 5.7-inch HD display, 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 chipset, Adreno 350GPU, 1GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 14-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front facing camera. The device will run Windows Phone 8.1 GDR2 update.
