Acer announces the affordable 'Iconia Tab 10' with FHD display in the U.S for $250
Taiwanese OEM Acer has released the Iconia Tab 10 in the U.S. The tablet was initially introduced during last year's IFA. It is already on sale in select European and Asian markets.
Acer Inconia Tab 10 features 10.1-inch (1920x1080 pixels) WUXGA FHD display with Zero Air Gap touch panel, Anti-fingerprint coating and Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
The tablet is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 2GB RAM. It houses 32GB internal storage and microSD card slot (up to 128GB supported). It runs 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
Camera features include 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity features include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and HDMI port. It is backed by 5910mAh battery. Acer has also incorporated Dolby audio technology for a rich surround sound experience.
The Acer Iconia Tab 10 available for purchase in the U.S via Acer's online store as well as major retailers for a price tag of $249.99. There is no availability details for India.
There is also a cheaper version of Iconia Tab 10 that you can purchase for $200. It comes with 1,280 x 800 pixels screen,1.3GHz MediaTek processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. Rest of the specs are same.
