Micromax launches budget-friendly Bolt S300 and Bolt D320 smartphones in India
Micromax launched two entry-level Android handsets in India dubbed Bolt S300 and Bolt D320.
The Micromax Blot S300 features 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) display and is powered by 1GHz single-core Spreadtrum SC7715 processor paired with 512MB RAM. It comes with 4GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It runs Android 4.4.3 KitKat.
Camera features include 0.3-megapixel VGA rear and front facing camera. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 3G HSPA+,WiFi 802.11 b/g/n,Bluetooth 2.1 and aGPS. It is backed by a 1200mAh battery.
The Micromax Bolt D320 on the other hand is also a dual-SIM handset that features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display and is powered by 1.2GHz MediaTek MT6572M processor with Mali 400 GPU and 512MB RAM. It houses 4GB internal storage and microSD card slot (supports up to 32GB). It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
Camera features include 3.2-megapixel fixed focus rear camera with LED flash and 0.3-megapixel VGA front facing camera. Connectivity features include 3G HSPA+,WiFi 802.11 b/g/n,Bluetooth 4.0 and aGPS. It packs 1600mAh battery.
Micromax Bolt S300 is priced at Rs. 3,300 and is already on sale across India. No pricing details of Micromax Bolt D320 was revealed but it will be available from mid-April 2015. Both the handsets comes with 500MB of 3G data per month for 2 months for Vodafone users.
