Lenovo A6000 Plus with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage announced in India

Lenovo has announced a a new plus variant of their popular budget LTE smartphone Lenovo A6000 dubbed A6000 Plus. The announcement was made at the Flipkart office in Bangalore during the live flash sale of Lenovo A7000. The device comes with increased RAM and ROM.

The Lenovo A6000 Plus features 5-inch (1280x720 pixels) HD IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor paired with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB RAM.

The smartphone comes with 16GB internal storage and microSD card slot. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Vibe 2.0 UI on top. By comparison the Lenovo A6000 packs 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage.

Camera features include 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity options include 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is backed by 2300mAh battery.

The Lenovo A6000 Plus will come in Black, White, Yellow and Red colors. Lenovo has not shared any details about the pricing and availability of the device.
