LG Volt with 4.7-inch display, 4G LTE announced

LG has announced a new entry-level smartphone dubbed LG Volt in South Korea. The device is not be confused with Volt available in North Korea. It is a variant of LG Spirit that was showcased at MWC 2015 and comes with a slightly curved display

LG Volt features 4.7-inch (1280x720 pixels) HD display and is powered by 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor paired with 1GB RAM. It comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage and microSD card slot. The device runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with LG's custom skin on top.

Camera features include 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity options on the LG Volt include 4G LTE-A / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC. It is backed by 2100mAh battery. It measures 133.3 x 66.1 x 9.9mm, weighs 119g and comes in Titanium or White color options.

LG Volt is priced at 200000 Korean Won ($180 | Rs. 11,000) and will be available later this year.
