Possible images of iPhone 6C Rear shell leaks, tipping 4-Inch display

Images claimed to be the rear casing of the rumored 4-inch iPhone 6c has surfaced online. As seen in the image the body is colorful and made out of polycarbonate plastic. The rear casing also looks quite similar to that of iPhone 5c.

But by taking a closer look we can spot a few notable differences. In the image above the alleged iPhone 6c is compared with iPhone 5c. The 5c had a round camera flash cutout at its back, but on the 6c it is elongated which is now oval like. In addition there are changes in the cutout of camera as well. This suggests that the iPhone 6c will have dual flash.

The second image shows the booth of the alleged iPhone 6c casing. We can see that there are two rows of speaker grill (total eight speaker holes, four on each row) on the 6c as compared to iphone 5c that had one row of speaker grill with 4 speaker holes. The other grill near the audio jack with six cutouts near the headphone is thought to be for the microphone. Like the speaker grills, the microphone circular cutouts are stacked in two rows.

Recently Digitimes reported that Apple could be launching three iPhones in the second half of this year. The report suggested that along with iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, we could see a 4-inch iPhone 6c which is the successor iPhone 5c.
