Xiaomi Mi Note Special Black Edition launched in China for $400
Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has introduced Special Black Edition of Mi Note along with Chinese singer Jason Zhang new album in China.
The special edition was announced by Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun together with Chinese famous singer Jason Zhang. The Mi Note Black Edition will arrive with the singer's 10th album in an exclusive black leather made box. 30,000 units of the Special Edition Mi Note will be up for grabs.
Previously, Xiaomi had also introduced another special edition, Cherry Pink Mi Note for Women on the company's five year anniversary. In addition the company also unveiled a Special Bamboo edition of Mi Note last month.
The special Black edition will share the same specs as the standard Mi Note. It features 5.7-inch (1920x1080 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection paired with 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 810 processor with Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB RAM.
The smartphone comes with 16GB internal storage and runs Android 4.4 KitKat with MIUI on top. Camera features include 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and 4-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity features include G LTE , WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. It is backed by 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0 technology.
The Xiaomi Mi Note Black Edition is priced at 2499 Yuan ($400 | Rs. 25,000) and will go on sale in China on April 21.
