Asus ZenFone 2 ZE551ML 128GB variant listed on Flipkart for Rs. 29,999

Asus has queitly unveiled the 128GB variant of the Asus ZenFone 2 smartphone. It has been listed on India's e-commerce website Flipkart for Rs. 29,999 with 'coming soon tag'.

This is the third storage variant of the ZenFone 2 ZE551ML, following the 32GB and 64GB variants. Overall it is the fifth ZenFone 2 model to be released in India.

The 32GB and 64GB variants are priced at Rs 19,999 and Rs. 22,999 respectively. The other two models are ZenFone 2 ZE551ML with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage and the base model ZE550ML. They are priced at 14,999 and 12,999 respectively.

Apart from higher internal storage, the rest of the specs are the same as the 32GB and 64GB variants. It features a 5.5-inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and Gloves touch support. Under the hood there is a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 quad-core processor clocked a 2.3 GHZ paired with 4GB RAM.

For storage expansion option there is a microSD card slot that supports up to 64GB cards, though it won't be necessary due to high internal storage space. However it can be used as for backing up data.
 
Camera features include 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera. It is fuelled by 3000mAh battery.
