Celknon Campus A518 with 5-inch display launched in India fro Rs. 4,500

Celkon launched a new budget smartphone for the Indian market dubbed Campus A518. The company said that the Campus A518 "combines the power of a large screen with latest features and stylish add-ons"

The Celkon Campus A518 features 5-inch (480x854 pixels) FWVGA IPS display and is powered by a 1GHz single-core processor paired with 512MB RAM. The smartphone comes with 4GB internal storage and microSD card slot that accepts up to 32GB microSD cards. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat.

Camera features include 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1.3-megapixel front facing camera for taking selfies. The smartphone supports dual-SIM 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth connectivity. It is fuelled by 2000 mAh Lithium-ion battery, measures 145x73x9.75mm; weighs 164 grams, and will be available in White and Dark Blue colors.

The Celkon Campus A518 is priced at Rs. 4,500 and will be available across the country via retail stores.
