Image and specs of HTC One ME9 leaked

HTC is not yet done launching different version of its One M9 flagship phone. The company is working on a new variant of One M9 dubbed HTC One ME9.  @upleaks has shared specs and photo of the device

The HTC One ME9 features 5.2-inch WQHD display and is powered by 64-bit octa-core 2.3GHZ MediaTek MT6795 processor paired with 3GB RAM. It comes with 32GB internal storage, microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 128GB and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with HTC sense 7.0 on top.

The HTC One ME9 comes equipped with 20-megapixel main camera with Toshiba T4KA7 sensor, 4-megapixel Ultrapixel selfie camera/13-megapixel front facing camera, BoomSound with Dolby sound, Fingerprint scanner and Bluetooth 4.1. It is fuelled by 2900mAh Li-ion battery, will have a metal frame / Polycarbonate back cover and comes in Classic Rose Gold, Gold Sepia and Meteor Gray colors. A dot case cover is also available.

According to @upleaks HTC One ME9 is expected to be announced in July and will launch in the South Asia region - India, Hong Kong and Taiwan are confirmed. It will be priced CNY 3500 ($ 563 | Rs. 36,000). The One ME9 will not be available in North America, Middle East and Africa.

In related Zauba, which track imports and exports in India, has noted that 1,700 dummy units of HTC One ME9 have been imported into India since May 8. The most recent shipment includes 120 and 180 dummy units of HTC One ME9 in Classic Rose Gold and Meteor Gray respectively. Both the units are listed as "Dual SIM Dummy" models. The HTC One ME9 also got Tenaa approval.
