Intex Cloud Power+ with massive 4000mAh battery launched for Rs. 8,599

Intex's latest smartphone is for the power-hungry users in India. Dubbed Cloud Power+, it will be exclusively available via Snapdeal for Rs. 8,599. It comes bundled with a free flip cover worth Rs. 599.

The main highlight of Intex Cloud Power+ is its massive 4000mAh battery that is rated to deliver 17 hours of talk time and 1176 hours of standby time. The phone will be competing against Lenovo P780, Lenovo A5000, Lava Iris Fuel 60 and Xolo Q300, all featuring massive battery.

The Intex Cloud Power+ sports 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS fully laminated display. Under the hood there is an 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6528M processor paired with Mali T760-MP2 GPU and 2GB RAM. The phone houses 16GB of internal storage and microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB microSD cards. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.

Camera features include 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera. The rear camera features Panorama, face beauty, continuous shots, voice capture, HDR, smile shot, face detection, capture by volume up and down key options.

Connectivity features include 3G, micro-USB, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and support for dual-SIM. It measures 147 x 72 x 8.65, weighs 156 grams and comes in Black Silver, Champagne, Black Champagne, and White Champagne.
