Gionee Pioneer P2M with 3000mAh battery launched for Rs 6,999

Gionee launched a new budget smartphone in India dubbed Pioneer P2M. The main highlight of the handset is its battery life, it packs a heavy duty 3000mAh battery which offer 15 hours of talktime and 300 hours of standby time on 3G network.

Gionee P2M features 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor paired with Mali 400 GPU and 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Amigo 3.0 UI on top. Camerawise, it sports 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera. The front camera comes with a V-gesture shot feature, letting you click photos without touching the screen. Connectivity options include 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, GPS and dual-SIM.

The Gionee P2M is priced at Rs. 6,999 and comes in black, white and gold colors.
