Ramos Mos1 with 5.5-inch 1080p display, octa-core SoC announced
Chinese tablet manufacturer Ramos announced its first smartphone dubbed Mos1. The handset sports a uni-body metallic design (composition: 6063 series aluminum + 0.4% to 0.5% of Silicon and 0.7 – 0.9% Magnesium) that measures 6.6mm in thickness and weighs 158g. The bezel thickness is just 1.9mm.
The Ramos Mos1 features 5.5-inch Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) display with 2.5D curved glass on top and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood there is a Snapdragon 615 octa-core 64-bit processor. paired with 2GB RAM. On-board storage is 32GB. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with MOUI 1.0 on top.
Camerawise, it features 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front facing camera. In terms of connectivity, there's 4GLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi and microUSB v2.0 port. It is fueled by 3050mAh battery and supports QuickCharging 2.0 technology that offers 15 percent of battery in just 10 minutes of high-speed charging. There is also a Hi-Fi audio Chip. It comes in White, Gold and Black colors.
The Ramos Mos1 is priced at 1999 yuan ($320) and will be available in the China starting August 10 via JD.com
