Intex launches Cloud Q5 for Rs. 4,490, upgrades Aqua Star II

Intex has launched two new entry-level handsets, the Cloud Q5 and a new variant of Aqua Star II with more storage, RAM and better front facing camera.

The Intex Cloud Q5 features 4.5-inch (480 x 854 pixels) FWVGA TFT display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731F) processor paired with 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat and has dual-SIM slot. Camerwise, it sports 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front shooter. On the connectivity front it supports 3G, GPRS/EDGE, WiFi, Micro USB and Bluetooth. It is fueled by 1600mAh battery which  is rated to deliver up to 5 hours of talk time, and up to 160 hours of standby time. It comes in Gold, White and Silver colors.

As for Aqua Star II, the new variant gets 2GB RAM, 16GB storage and 5-megapixel front shooter. This is a bump from 1GB RAM, 8GB storage and 2-megapixel front camera. Other specs include dual-SIM, Android 4.4 KitKat, 5-inch display with FWVGA (480x854 pixels) resolution,1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731G) processor, 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, microSD card slot, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, 3G and 2100mAh battery. It comes in White and Champagne flavors.

Intex Cloud Q5 costs Rs. 4,490 and is available exclusively on eBay India and the new variant of Aqua Star II is priced Rs. 7,444.
