BLU Pure XL is the cheapest Quad HD smartphone in the U.S, priced at $349

BLU, US-based smartphone maker announced the Pure XL, a high end smartphone. The phone sports an aluminum metal design with polished chamfered edges and has a fingerprint scanner on the back panel, which can be unlocked with a fingerprint touch in less than 10ms.

BLU Pure XL features 6-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Inside there is a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor further aided by PowerVT G6200 GPU and 3GB RAM. On-baord storage is 64GB,further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, has dual-SIM and supports 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG and NFC. It is fueled by 3520mAh battery.

For imaging there is 23.7-megapixel camera with dual tone LED flash, 1/2.3" sensor, 6P lenses and can record 4K videos. On the front there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera is protected by Sapphire glass.

 BLU Pure XL is priced at $349 and will be available starting September 29 exclusively via Amazon
