Sony starts rolling out Android 5.1 Lollipop update for Xperia Z1, Z1 Compact, Z Ultra

Sony has started rolling out Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update for the Xperia Z1, Xperia Z1 Compact and Xperia Z Ultra smartphones. The update will bump the Xperia devices to build number 14.6.A.0.368. 

The latest update brings fixes for Stagefright vulnerability; additional WiFi and Bluetooth options in the notification panel; new themes and setting icons; improved camera focus, speed and accuracy, Integrated LinkedIn with calendar and contacts; improvements to volume and silent mode control and richer Xperia themes. In addition the update brings support for clicking images with the help of Sony SmartWatch 3. 

The update is currently being rolled out only in few regions, but should be reaching more markets in the coming days.
