HTC One M9e with Helio X10 SoC, metal body gets officially unveiled in China
HTC has launched yet another variant of its flagship the One M9, dubbed as the One M9e in China. The phone has a unibody metal build, similar to other One M series smartphone.
The HTC One M9e features 5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and is powered by 2.2GHz MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795T) octa-core 64-bit processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage, further expandable via microSD card up to 2TB. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with HTC Sense UI on top.
For imaging, there is 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, 27.8mm lens and f/2.2 aperture. On the front sits a Ultrapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and 26.8mm lens. The rear camera can shoot 4K videos while the front camera shoots up to 1080p videos.
Connetcivity features include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and GLONASS. It is fueled by a 2840mAh battery. There is also a Dual front facing BoomSound speakers with Dolby Audio.
The HTC One M9e is priced at CNY 2699 ($425 | Rs. 27,500) and is now available via Tmall in China.
