Intex Aqua Young with 5-inch display, Android 5.1 Lollipop launched for Rs. 5,090

Intex has launched a new budget smartphone, the Aqua Young. It is listed on the company website for Rs. 5,090 and is expected to hit the market soon. It comes in Champagne, Dark Grey and White colors.

The Intex Aqua Young features a 5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor paired with 1GB RAM. Onboard storage is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.

There is a 5-megapixel camera on the back accompanied by LED flash and 0.3-megapixel front facing camera. On the connectivity front, Aqua Young supports 3G, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB and Bluetooth. It is fueled by 2500mAh battery, which promises to deliver up to 10 hours of talk time and up to 250 hours of standby time.
