OnePlus 2 invites are now valid for 3 days

The OnePlus 2 invites are valid for 24 hours, which has resulted in invites accidentally expiring before they could be used. Now OnePlus has extended the validity of the invites to 3 days instead of 24 hours.

The change comes after OnePlus received complaints over the 24-hour time lime on invites. In many cases, users did not have time or money to purchase the device withing one days. In other, the email containing the invite was lost in spam folders, or the users did not realize of having the invite until it was too late.

The extended invite period is applicable for all invites, including India-specific ones.

Recently, OnePlus  launched extended warranty program and insurance services for OnePlus 2 users. The company has also tied up with Foxconn to manufacture smartphones in India. OnePlus also sent out invites for October 29 event where it will launch its third smartphone- the OnePlus X.

Lots of action is going on in the OnePlus camp.
