Videocon 'One Touch PC, One Touch TV' is world's first Windows 10 TV

Videocon in partnership with Microsoft unvieled the world's first Windows 10-powered LED TVs, called  'One Touch PC, One Touch TV'. The TV can transform into a PC with a touch of a button and comes equipped with Microsoft Office, the Windows Store and All Cast app.

The Windows 10 running LED TV will be available in two different sizes – 32-inch and 40-inch and boasts Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) panel. The TV is equipped with Intel’s Bay Trail based quad-core chip clocked at 1.33GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage and microSD card slot for storage expansion.

On the connectivity front, the 32-inch model comes with 2 x HDMI ports, 2 x USB ports, VGA and audio I/O port. The 40-inch model gets 4x HDMI ports, 3 x USB ports, VGA and audio I/O ports. It also supports WiFi for wireless connectivity.

It comes with MHL interface that allows users to connect their smartphones, tablets and other portable devices, to view the content on the big screen. There is a integrated quick swap button which will allow users to switch between PC mode and TV mode with a single button. The Windows 10 powered TV, also provides access to social media tools like Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest as well.

The Videocon 'One Touch TV, One Touch PC' 32-inch model is priced at Rs, 39,990, and the 40-inch model costs 52,900. It will be available through Videocon dealers and at all leading outlets in the country in November. The brand plans to launch 55-inch, 64-inch and 24-inch model by the end of this year, if the TV generates positive response in the market.

With this TV, students can now easily create & share school assignments, home makers can curate and share recipes with the world, and professionals can work outside of their offices. This is one product that every member of the family can use regardless of their age."
