Asus launches ROG GL552JX gaming notebook in India for Rs. 80,990

Asus has launched the ROG GL552JX gaming notebook in India. The notebooks features a 15.6-inch LED backlit display bearing a 1080p resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. It features a Gamefirst III technology, which provides a lag-free experience even when gaming online.

The gaming laptop is equipped with fourth gen Intel Core i7 processor, clocked at 2GHz with a turbo boost speed of 3.2GHz. Graphics is handled by NVIDIA GTX 950M graphics processor offering 4GB video memory coupled with Intel HD 4600 graphics. It comes with 8GB RAM and fast 1TB 7200rpm hard disk drive. The laptop also comes with two user replaceable memory slots with dedicated memory door at the bottom of the notebook.

For connectivity there is three USB 3.0 ports, a HDMI port and RJ45 LAN port. It also includes a card reader which can read SD, MMC and MS type cards.For wireless connectivity there is WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.1. It comes pre-installed with Windows 10 and also offers sonic Master audio and backlit keyboard with dedicate numeric keypad.

The Asus ROG GL552JX is priced at Rs. 80,990 and will be available soon in the country. The company is also planning to launch more gaming laptops with 4K UHD display and up to 64GB RAM in the near future.
