OnePlus Republic Day sale: smartphones and accessories available at discounted price

OnePlus India is offering discounts on their smartphones and accessories in order to celebrate India's 66th Republic Day. The brand will be offering the OnePlus One, One Plus 2 and One Plus X at discounted prices for a three-day sale (part of Amazon's Great Indian Sale), between January 21 and January 23.

During the sale period the OnePlus One will be available for Rs. 17,999 (regular price Rs. 19,999) and  the OnePlus 2 64GB Sandstone Black variant will be available for Rs. 22,999 (regular price Rs. 16,999)

The OnePlus X Onyx/Champagne will be available without an invite at a discounted price of Rs. 14,999 (regular price Rs. 16,999), while the OnePlus X Ceramic edition will be available invite-free during the sale for Rs. 22,999.

Additionally OnePlus is also offering up to 20 percent discount on some of its premium accessories during the Republic Day sale.

Piece of advice: If you decide to buy the OnePlus X Ceramic edition for Rs. 22,999, it would be wise to buy the OnePlus 2 instead at the same price. The OnePlus 2 offers 5.5-inch display, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage and Snapdragon 810 SoC, as opposed to OnePlus X's 5-inch display, 3GB RAM, 16GB storage and Snapdragon 801 SoC.
