Sony Walkman A26 comes in a slew of colors
When we hear the word Walkman, the first thing comes to our mind is Sony. Sony's Walkman started as a portable audio cassette player, later to CD player, and with the advancement in technology, they are now digital audio players that support high-res music.
At CES 2015, Sony introduced the Walkman ZX2 and exactly one year later at CES 2016, the Japanese electronic giant has unveiled the Walkman A26, a flash-memory based digital audio player (DAP), capable of playing high-resolution audio. It has a basic user interface with physical buttons at front to navigate and control the Walkman.
The Walkman comes with 32GB inbuilt storage and can be expanded with the help of microSD card up to 128GB. It supports Flac, aiff, wav, alac (Apple Lossless), mp3 and aac audio formats. The device promises battery life of up to 30 hours when listening high-res formats and 50 hours on compressed formats such as mp3. With Bluetooth and NFC support, it can pair with portable speakers, home audio systems and wireless headphones.
The Sony Walkman A26 comes in Grey, Blue, Red, White, Purple and Lime Green colors. Also included is a Digital noise-cancelling earphone's which comes in matching colors.
