Alcatel Pop 4, Pop 4+, Pop 4S 4G LTE smartphone announced

Besides introducing the stylish looking Idol 4 and Idol 4S, and Plus 10 2-in-1 tablet, Alcatel has launched three Pop series smartphones running Android 6.0 Marshmallow- the Pop 4, Pop 4+ and Pop 4S. All the devices come in four colour variants – Leather, Wood, Hairline-Brushed and Baby Skin.

The Alcatel Pop 4 has an 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by Snapdragon 212 quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB on-board expandable storage (up to 32GB). It is equipped with 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera. It is fueled by 2500mAh battery.

The Alcatel Pop 4+ features a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is equipped with quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor, 1.5GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, expandable via microSD card up to 32GB, 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapiel front snapper. It is fueled by 2500mAh battery. 

The Alcatel Pop 4S sports a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display and is powered by MediaTem MT6755M Helio P10 octa-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card. For photography, Pop 4s has 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF, HDR and EIS and 5-megapixel front snapper. It is fueled by 2960mAH battery and supports Fast Charging and also packs a fingerprint scanner.

For connectivity, the Alcatel Pop 4 and Pop 4+ supports 4G LTE (Cat. 4), while the Pop 4S support 4G LTE (Cat. 6). There is also support for WiFI 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS connectivity.
