Funky looking HTC A16 images leaked

A new HTC smartphone has been leaked by Evan Blass (@evleaks). Called A16, the smartphone is likely to be a mid-range Desire-series smartphone. At the moment there are no details on the specification, except for a image that shows the HTC A16 in six different funky colors options.

The different color options combine two to three colors for the phone to look colorful on the back. We can also see the main camera (w/ LED flash) on back while a lanyard strap holes is at the bottom. On the front side, the top and bottom house the BoomSound speakers and the grills look different.

With A16, HTC has not gone for the One A9 like design, instead opted for the Desire-series design. The design is more appealing than what the alleged One M10 photos have revealed so far. Considering the funky look, the A16 is likely to be targeted at the younger audience.

There are no details on the launch, however the date that's visible on the home screen suggests that HTC might launch the A16 sometime in March. However, we can expect it to make an appearance at MWC 2016.
