LG K8 with 5-inch display, 4G LTE, Android 6.0 Marshmallow announced

LG introduced the 'K' family of smartphone focused at "advanced camera technology" at CES 2016, with the launch of K7 and K10. Later LG Russia listed the entry-level K4 smartphone and now LG's Hungary website has listed a new K series handset, the LG K8.

The LG K8 features 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS In-cell Touch IPS display with 2.5D glass and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor with Mali T720 GPU and 1.5GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The K8 is equipped with 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front snapper. FOr connectivity there is 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and NFC. It is fueled by 2045mAh battery.

The LG K8 comes in Blue and White colors. However, the listing does not give away the availability and pricing details.
