Sony Mobile projector MP-CL1 launched in India at Rs. 26,990

Sony has launched its latest portable mobile projector, the MP-CL in India. The handheld projector can project a screen size up to 120-inches at HD (1920 x 720 pixels) quality at a distance of 3.45 metres.

The projector uses a laser light source to project HD resolution images with high contrast (80,000:1) for accurate color rendition. It also utilizes Sony's Laser Beam Scanning technology to project HD images even on uneven surfaces.

It comes with a built-in speaker and has a 3400mAh built-in battery, that delivers up to 120 minutes of HD playback. The projector has an aluminium body with a matte finish.

You can connect the projector to the smartphone or tablet via HDMI or MHL cable. With the mirroring screen function you can wirelessly mirror content from your smartphone, tablet or PC via WiFi.

The Sony MP-CL1 is priced at Rs. 26,990 and will be available from retail stores across the country. It comes bundled with an HDMI to mini HDMI adapter and a detachable two-way stand.
