Intex launches entry-level Cloud Gem+ 3G smartphone at Rs. 3,299

Following the launch of Cloud Jewel 4G smartphone boasting decent specs, Intex has launched an entry-level 3G phone in the Cloud series dubbed Cloud Gem+. Nothing is special about the phone expect for the price and wireless connectivity options.

The Intex Cloud Gem+ sports a compact 4-inch WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) display with Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6508M processor aided by Mali 400 GPU and 512MB RAM. On-board storage is 4GB (936MB user accessible).

It gets a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera. For connectivity it supports 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is fueled by 1400mAh battery that is rated to delivers up to 200 hours of standby time, and up to four hours of talk time.

The Intex Cloud Gem+ is priced at Rs. 3,299 and is available for purchase exclusively from Snapdeal in Classic Black or Soothing White color options.
