iOS 9.3.1 Is Out! Apple Accepts The Flaw

After releasing iOS 9.3, Apple has been under headlines when users started reporting bugs in the new iteration which made the devices unusable. Today after 10 days only, fixing those bugs Apple has released a small update known to be iOS 9.3.1 which is available via OTA.

The update doesn't addresses any new features and simply contains a changelog that is very short and simple "Fixes an issue that caused apps to be unresponsive after tapping on links in Safari and other apps". This new version is of 35mb and will help users to get the problem solved once they get updated to it.
