Coolpad Note Max launching in India on May 20

Coolpad after launching Note 3 Plus in India for Rs. 8,999, is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in India. Coolpad has scheduled an event for May 20, where it is expected to launch a flagship smartphone.

Coolpad says “As we brought the history changing Dual SIM Dual Standby 12 years ago, this time again we prepared something unique for you!” without mentioning the smartphone name.

As per reports, the company is expected to launch Coolpad Max, which was released in China last year.

The Coolpad Max was launched in China last year and comes with dual-system (dual space feature), an external open system that supports all the functionalities typically available on everysmartphones and an internal security system that can encrypt the user's text messages and calls.

Spec-wise, Coolpad Max comes with 5.5-inch 1080p display w/ 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass, Snapdragon 615 / 617 SoC w/ Adreno 405 GPU, 3GB/4GB RAM, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB storage, microSD card slot, Dual-SIM slot, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, 4G LTE, fingerprint scanner and 2800mAh battery. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop based Cool UI.
