Honor 5A, Honor 5A Plus gets TENAA certification
Following the launch of Honor 5X in February 2016, Huawei is gearing up for the launch of two Honor phones called Honor 5A and Honor 5A Plus, successors of Honor 4A. Both the phones have been certified by China's telecom authority TENAA, revealing specifications and images.
According to TENAA, the Honor 5A carries the model number CUN-TL00 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and come with 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage (expandable), 13MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, 4G LTE w/ VoLTE and a 2200mAh battery.
The Honor 5A Plus on to other hand comes in two models, CAM-AL00 and CAM-CL00. As per TENAA, the Honor 5A Plus specs include a bigger 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display, more powerful 1.8GHz octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage (expandable), 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, 3000mAh battery, and will run Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The Honor 5A and Honor 5A Plus will come in Black, White and Gold color options. There are no details on the launch date, but since the devices are certified by TENAA, an announcement can be expected soon.
