OnePlus opens first Exclusive Service Center in Bangalore

OnePlus India has announced the setting up of its exclusive service centers across the country. The first such service center called Exclusive Service Centers (ESC) has been inaugurated in Bangalore, and in the first phase the company aims to open ESCs in five more cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad by June-end.

These service centers will cater to remote location withing the aforementioned cities and OnePlus customers can avail the complimentary pickup-and-drop facility. OnePlus also promises to resolve customer issues within a guaranteed one hour turnaround time.

These service centers will also have complete range of OnePlus products and customers will be able to experience the products before purchase.

OnePlus says that the ESCs are first of its kind, and are strategically located at high-street retail destinations and premium malls for easy accessibility. Each of the locations were carefully picked to fit the profile of OnePlus customers, enabling them to have productive time while they are at the center.

In related, OnePlus recently announced that its latest flagship, the OnePlus 3 will be unveiled in virtual reality for which its offering Loop VR headset. The VR headset will be up for grabs on Amazon India at Re. 1 (+ shipping charges) on June 3 and June 7. If a recent report is to be believed the OnePlus 3 unveiling will take place on June 14.
