LeEco Le 2, Le Max 2 launched in India

China based LeEco at its 2Future event in New Delhi today (June 8) has launched its mid-ranger Le 2 and flagship device Le Max 2 in India. The Le 2 is priced at Rs. 11,999 and will be available through Lemall.com and Flipkart soon, but the availability has not been announced yet. The Le Max 2 has been priced at Rs. 22,999 for the 4G RAM+32GB storage variant, and 29,999 for the 6GB RAM+64GB storage variant, and will be available on June 28 from Flipkart and LeMall.com.

The LeEco Le 2 and Le Max 2 comes budnled with 1 year LeEco Membership worth Rs. 4,999, which includes Le Vidi, Le Live, Le Music and LeEco Drive.

Initially launched in April this year in China, the LeEco Le 2 and Le Max 2 are the first smartphones to ditch 3.5mm audio jack, in favor of Continual Digital Lossless Audio (CDLA) audio standard for loss-less audio through USB Type-C port. The CDLA headphone, that connect via USB Type-C will be sold separately at Rs. 1,990. Moving on, both the Le 2 and Le Max 2 sports full metal unibody design, run Android Marshmallow with eUI 5.6 on top, and have fingerprint scanner on the back, 4G LTE w/ VoLTE support and USB Type-C port.

The LeEco Le 2 comes with 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display, Snapdragon 652 SoC, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, Dual SIM, 16MP rear camera (w/ LED flash, PDAF), 8MP front camera and 3000mAh battery with fast charging support.

The flagship Le Max 2 comes with 5.7-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB/6GB RAM, 32GB/64GB internal storage, dual-SIM, 21MP Sony IMX230 rear camera (w/ dual-tone LED flash, PDAF), 8MP front camera and 3100mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support.
