Sony USB Type-C, Type-A Dual Connection flash drive now available in India

Sony's USB Type-C flash drive, which can be used with USB Type-C port, as well as traditional USB Type-A connectors has been launched in India.

The flash drive utilizes dual connectors (USB Type-C & Type-A) to create connection between Windows, Mac, Android or Chromebook devices for data sharing. It also supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 standard, which offers data transfer speeds (read) of up to 130MB/s. You can transfer files between laptops, smartphones and tablets which come with USB Type-C port and PCs with USB Type-A port.

It sports a sleek metal design with a silver matte finish and weighs around 5g without the silicone cover.

The USB Type-C and Type-A Dual Connection Flash Drive is available in three capacities – 16GB, 32GB and 64GB priced at Rs. 1,199, Rs. 4,099 and Rs. 7,099 respectively. It will be available across Sony stores throughout the country.
