Gionee M6 with 5000mAh battery gets certified by TENAA, launch on July 26

A new Gionee smartphone dubbed M6 (model number GN8003) with a large 5000mAh battery has been certified in China by TENAA revealing the specs and design. The Gionee M6 will have a metal body that measures 152.3 × 75.3 × 8.4 mm and weighs 185g. There's physical home button on front and fingerprint scanner at the back.

The specs include 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 13MP rear camera (w/ LED flash), 8MP front camera, Dual SIM slots and 4G LTE. It will run Android Marshmallow.

The Gionee M6 is expected to be announced on July 26, along with the rumored M6 Plus. The M6 is also expected to make its way to India later this year.
