Lava X50, X17 with 4G LTE, front facing flash launched

Lava has silently introduced to new budget 4G LTE smartphones dubbed X17 and X50. Both phones have front facing flash, dual-SIM slots and support VoLTE (Voice over LTE), but the X17 runs Android Marshmallow, while the X50 runs Android Lollipop.

The Lava X17 features 5-inch HD IPS display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and microSD card slot for storage expansion. For photography, it gets 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. The front facing 5-megapixel shooter is accompanied by dual-LED flash, offering better selfies in low-light conditions. Connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is fueled by 2350mAh battery.

The Lava X50 on the other hand, comes with 5.5-inch HD IPS display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 8GB internal storage (w/ microSD card support), 8-megapixel rear camera w/ LED flash, 5-megapixel front camera w/ LED flash and 2800mAh battery. Connectivity features are same as X17.

The Lava X17 and X50 are priced at Rs. 6,899 and Rs. 8,699 respectively and will be available acorss channels in the coming days.
