Moto G4 Play Spotted, Might Launch On July 12 In India
The Motorola Generation 4 family's little member has been spotted and is being expected to be released on July 12 (Not Confirmed) in India. The device has been identified in the Import documents of Delhi Air Cargo coming from US and the same pushes out the price to be Rs.8,999. If this is the price then the device might prove good at sales for the company as there are very less stock android devices running in this price segment, not to mention quick updates is also the thing.
According to the image, the device model is XT1607 and comprises of Single Sim and Capacitive Touch 5.0. While being the little member of G4 family, naturally the specs have been degraded from what G4 and G4 Plus has to offer. The device will be available in 2 variants that follows 2GB/16GB and 1GB/8GB (RAM/ROM). Well, according to some sources the device incoming is only the 2GB/16GB variant.
Phone is almost identical to its elder members but there are some differences in terms of specs and design. First to the extent of design, G4 Play has a smaller camera module at the back and no fingerprint sensor sits in the front while, the rest is same. Talking about the specs we have-
- 5" 720p IPS LCD Display
- Snapdragon 410
- 1/2GB RAM
- 8/16GB ROM
- 8/5MP Cameras
- 2800mAh Battery
- SD Card Slot that Supports 256GB
- Single Sim
Note: We aren't sure if 1GB RAM variant would come alongside, but if it does then you might see its price to be around Rs.7000
