Sailfish OS powered Intex Aqua Fish now available for Rs. 5,499

The Sailfish OS powered Intex Aqua Fish is now available for purchase in India from eBay.in for Rs. 5,499. The Aqua Fish was unveiled at MWC Shanghai in 2015, and was also showcased at this year's MWC in Barcelona.The phone runs Sailfish OS 2.0 and supports Android apps as well.

Sailfish OS is based on Linux platform and offers a button-free interface that’s entirely controlled using gesture commands to navigate between menus. For instance, dragging your finger down from the centre of the screen will reveal which actions you can take within the application you’re running, while swiping up will bring up the app tray.

The Intex Aqua Fish comes with 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 212 processor with 2GB RAM, and houses 16GB of native storage, which can be increased via microSD card (up to 32GB).

It sports 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera. For connectivity, there's dual-SIM slots, 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/AGPS/GLONASS. It is fueled by 2500mAh battery.
